Shipping
Please read the following Shipping & Returns Policy to understand how we process orders and handle returns.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then sent to production. We operate on a made-to-order basis. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production - this excludes shipping time.
Bespoke pieces may require additional production time.
Shipping Rates & method
All orders qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.
All orders over $500 will require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to accept the delivery and a re-delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all arrangements and for any additional fees that may apply.
All orders over $1000 will be fully insured during transit, once the delivery is signed for, it is no longer insured.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us for special arrangements.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also track your order by logging into your Est Jewellery account.
Returns
Return Policy
All our jewellery is sold on a made-to-order basis and are considered a final sale. They are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty by our manufacturer.
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour after placing your order. Once your order is in production, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Our pieces are delicate and require extra care to avoid getting pulled, or caught on something and breaking. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase as we are not liable to cover any damages caused by mishandled jewellery.
Our letters are soldered on to the chain by hand, some small imperfections are expected – this is not considered a manufacturing fault.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for our pieces.
Refund Process
Refunds, if issued, are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
We have the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
